Over the years, I have served on several different government committees charged with determining treatment and assessment policies related to learning disabilities. I participate regularly in international conferences and lectures at various professional forums.

Appointed by the Minister of Education

2010-2011. Member, "Meridor" national committee, established to develop national regulations regarding professional eligibility to diagnose learning disability and to determine regulations regarding the integration of students with learning disabilities in institutions of higher learning.

2013-2014.  Member, "DSM-IV" national committee, established to develop national regulations regarding learning disability and to determine regulations regarding the early detection, evaluation and treatment of children with academic difficulties.

2016-present. Head, national committee charged with determining regulations regarding teaching literacy from kindergarten through the first and second grades.

2016-present. Member, (future) committee responsible for the national core program for certifying learning disability diagnosticians. 

MALAG Positions 

2013-present. Head (appointed by the head of "VATAT"), "MALAG" committee, charged with determining regulations regarding financial support for students with learning disabilities in higher education. 

2016-present. Head (appointed by “VATAT”), committee examining master’s programs in Learning Disabilities submitted by various academic institutions.
